Since 2024 we offer to our clients residences professionally run under the concept of a Coliving. Coliving is a modern way of living in which a person rents a room or a studio, benefiting from shared facilities and services, designed to create a sense of community. The Coliving concept is currently the favorite choice for young and not-so-young professionals who have the flexibility to work from wherever they want.

The Globexs Colivings are about sharing workspaces, while enjoying the privacy of your fully equipped personal living space. It is about accumulating experiences, meeting and discovering new people and cultures, but at your own pace.

What is a Coliving? Is it for me?

All Globexs Colivings in Madrid and Valencia are top level residences that we like to keep as exclusive as possible. We screen every candidate to make sure that he/she fits in perfectly in the coliving community.

We welcome professionals, aged between 25 and 65, from very diverse backgrounds: Entrepreneurs starting their business in Spain, foreign digital nomads and remote workers, freelancers with a temporary project, and even master’s and PhD students.

We highly respect the privacy of the residents, and the community manager ensures that the house rules are strictly respected. We guarantee a professional and respectful living environment to our residents.

How are the Globexs Colivings managed?

All Colivings are managed in a very professional way by Globexs with a dedicated community manager.

Not always, but very often, a Globexs staff member (community manager) will be on site. The Globexs community manager is in charge for all practical arrangements and the implementation of the house rules, and is the main point of contact for the residents.

The common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company Nestor, and all residents are given the opportunity to hire professional cleaning for their personal room.

What extra services are included?

The studios and rooms in all Globexs Colivings are fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels. Included in the rental price is weekly linen change (bedlinen and towels).

The common areas are cleaned weekly, and the residents can also choose for periodic (daily – weekly) cleaning of their private room (15-20€ + vat per hour).

The residents have free use of the coworking space and can enjoy free coffee and printing. The use of the coworking space is subject to strict house rules.

Residents have direct access to the Globexs community manager and an emergency number.

What is the minimum and maximum stay?

The Globexs Colivings are designed for professional temporary stays between 1-6 months.

How does the application process work?

The Globexs Colivings are high-end residences that operates on a fixed application process. The application process can take up to 4 weeks to be approved. Follow the guidelines of your Globexs rental agent.

What documentation do you need to start the application process?

Nobody likes paperwork, but it needs to be done. In order to approve your application we need a bunch of information from your side. Pick your category below to check the necessary documentation to rent your spot at a Globexs Coliving.
