Who is the Partner Plan designed for?
The Globexs Partner Plan is designed for property managers who use Globexs only as a commercial platform. Our Partner Plan is designed for people that have experience with expat or temporary rentals. In the first place we are thinking about professional property managers, aparthotels, vacation rental properties, other expat rental agencies, etc. These are properties that are already rented on a professional way by an experienced manager.
Commercial Services
People signing up for the Partner Plan use Globexs only as a commercial platform. Entering the Globexs database is free. As soon as Globexs receives a request for the properties we bring the tenant in touch with the owner, and no further services are provided. The owner takes care of the rental contract, the payments, deposits, etc.
Owners enjoy the following commercial services:
- Globexs enters the apartment in the Property database.
- Globexs does not publish the property on globexs.com.
- Globexs offers the property to potential tenants.
- Potential tenants are presented to the partner/owner and the partner/owner needs to approve every booking.
- If the partner/owner is interested usually a Partner Agreement is signed in which the conditions between the partner/owner and Globexs are defined.
- Once the booking is confirmed by both partner/owner and tenant, the partner/owner takes care of the rental contract, payments, deposit, etc.
- Globexs coordinates the checkin process with the partner/owner.
- During the rental period, Globexs provides follow-up to both partner/owner and tenant.
Property Management Services
Globexs coordinates with the partner/owner the checkin process. However, the partner/owner takes care of the property management part of the rental: Cleaning between 2 guests, checkin and checkout.
Cost for the owner
The Partner Plan involves no startup cost. Globexs usually charges an agency fee or a commission to the partner/owner when we achieve a booking. This usually is our general agency fee rate (350€ for rentals 1-2 months, 650€ for rentals 3-5 months, 1200€ for rentals 6+ months), but will be negotiated for each booking.
