DESCRIPTION LOCATION

Poblats Marítims is the name for the beach areas of Valencia of which Cabanyal is part of. It consists of a series of sandy beaches linked by a promenade with palm trees. The surrounding streets attract summer visitors with their souvenir shops, cafes, light-hearted restaurants, and bars and clubs open until late at night.

Close to your apartment you can find the Mercat Cabanyal and the Valencia Rice Museum, dedicated to the history of the production of this cereal in the city. El Cabanyal-Canyamelar which, for a good part of the nineteenth century was a separate town called El Poble Nou de la Mar. The neighborhood’s present name derives from the cabins or shanties which became home to those Valencians who wanted to earn a living from both agriculture and the sea. The heart of the neighborhood has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest thanks to its unique urban fabric and traditional architecture.

Recent governmental investments allowed to make a lot of the streets pedestrian which makes the area very child-friendly and is starting to attract more and more young families to the area.  If you do miss the urban lifestyle of a city, you can find your way to the historic city centre of Valencia in multiple ways. Public transport is available all over the area and you can also use one of the many bike or scooter share programs that the city allows.

The area of this rental apartment Valencia Beach has also become home to different kinds of expats and travelers. This cultural attractiveness generated a special kind of business opportunity and a lot of local companies have invested in coworking spaces and making the area convenient for this new kind of inhabitants. The actual neighborhood doesn’t have such a vibrant nightlife, but there are some great traditional restaurants to choose from, including one of the oldest, Casa Montaña, established in 1836. Parking is easy, and there are supermarkets and schools around, making it a reasonable choice for families

Is public transport easily accessible from the apartments?

Yes, public transportation is easily accessible from most apartments offered by Globexs in Valencia. One of the key advantages of living in Valencia is its well-developed and reliable public transport system, which includes metro lines, bus routes, and trams.

Most of our mid-term rental properties are located within walking distance of metro stations, bus stops, or tram lines. This makes it easy for tenants to commute across the city, whether for work, study, or leisure, without the need for a car.

In addition to public transport, Valencia is one of the most bike-friendly cities in Spain. The city has an extensive network of dedicated cycling lanes, and bike-sharing systems like Valenbisi make it convenient and affordable to get around on two wheels.

Popular neighborhoods such as Ruzafa, El Cabanyal, and El Carmen offer excellent mobility and connectivity. From these areas, tenants have easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, coworking spaces, cafés, and essential public services.

Utilities Included Apartments in Valencia: Are Utilities Included in the Rental Price?
