DESCRIPTION LOCATION

Location details of this apartment for rent near Valencia beach

The apartment is located only a few minutes away from the boardwalk and the beach. This makes the apartment perfect for expats who can enjoy both nightlife, beach and have great access to the city. Public transport is all around this apartment and can bring you to the centre under 15 minutes. You can also use some of the many scooter share systems that Valencia has to make your transit even easier.

With recent investment in tourism by the local government, many of the streets have been pedestrianized. A new bar or coffee shop opens on a regular basis. It has become a great new area for tourists and local alike. The streets are clean and free of traffic, so it is a very kid-friendly area. The life is relaxed, the food is great, and the soft sea breeze gives the whole area a defining touch.

Cabanyal is transforming in an international hub both for more transient types of expats, like digital nomads, but also for those looking for a more permanent base. A few good coworking places, such as Vortex have been operating here now for a while. There are still many traditional, old-style flats in the area, but also a few modern developments.

You will have some great traditional restaurants to choose from, including one of the oldest, Casa Montaña, established in 1836. Parking is easy, and there are supermarkets and schools around, making it a reasonable choice for families.

Frequently Asked Questions

You have a question? We have an answer.

Can I view the apartment before booking?

Yes, viewings are possible in many cases, and we’re happy to arrange a viewing appointment whenever it’s practically feasible. However, please note that apartment viewings depend on owner availability and tenant consent.

If the current tenant does not allow access, or if the owner (landlord) is unavailable, a physical viewing may not be possible. But don’t worry — most apartments listed on the Globexs platform have been personally verified by our team, ensuring that what you see online matches the reality.

Can I rent in Spain without a NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero)?

Yes, you can rent an apartment in Spain without a NIE, especially when booking through Globexs. A NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) is required for official and long-term procedures in Spain — such as opening a bank account, signing an employment contract, or registering with the local authorities — but it is not mandatory for short- or mid-term rentals.

Renting without a NIE – how it works

Globexs specializes in mid-term furnished rentals for expats, remote workers, and international professionals, and we understand that many of our clients arrive in Spain before obtaining their NIE. That’s why our rental process is flexible and designed to remove unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • You can rent with just a passport or national ID

  • No Spanish residency or NIE required for Globexs contracts

  • Payment can be made via international bank transfer or card

  • Our rental agreements are legally valid and compliant with Spanish regulations

Is public transport easily accessible from the apartments?

Yes, public transportation is easily accessible from most apartments offered by Globexs in Valencia. One of the key advantages of living in Valencia is its well-developed and reliable public transport system, which includes metro lines, bus routes, and trams.

Most of our mid-term rental properties are located within walking distance of metro stations, bus stops, or tram lines. This makes it easy for tenants to commute across the city, whether for work, study, or leisure, without the need for a car.

In addition to public transport, Valencia is one of the most bike-friendly cities in Spain. The city has an extensive network of dedicated cycling lanes, and bike-sharing systems like Valenbisi make it convenient and affordable to get around on two wheels.

Popular neighborhoods such as Ruzafa, El Cabanyal, and El Carmen offer excellent mobility and connectivity. From these areas, tenants have easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, coworking spaces, cafés, and essential public services.

Valencia offers:
