Upon entering the entrance hall, your attention is immediately captured by the beautiful and high-quality parquet floor, which has been completely extended throughout the entire apartment.

The hall has built-in closets where you can find the washing machine and dryer. The toilet is located next to the entrance, is very easy to maintain thanks to the Geberit hanging model and is equipped with mechanical ventilation. The spacious living room with fully equipped open plan kitchen enjoys lots of natural light thanks to the large and numerous windows. The use of light and earthy colours further enhances the feeling of space.

The trendy open kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven and dishwasher, induction hob, design cooker hood and a matt black sink with ditto tap. Behind the kitchen island, there is an extra worktop with more storage space & equipped with a modern SMEG fridge. The trendy and qualitative furniture creates a modern and luxurious look, with the necessary homely atmosphere.

With a view of greenery, right over the nachtegalenpark you escape the hustle and bustle of the city center in this apartment. The centrally located apartment is 5 minutes from the train station in Berchem. If you regularly travel by car, you are 100 meters away from the driveway/exit of the Ring. Within walking distance, you have a lot of public transport possibilities, so you are less than 10 minutes away from the Antwerp city center. You are cycle highways are located nearby as well!

Within a radius of 500 meters there are several supermarkets, bakeries, shops, restaurants, as well as a fitness center, hospital and university. In short, ideal location!
