Ruzafa also has multiple playgrounds and parks which makes it a family-friendly area in the city center. For international travelers, Ruzafa is considered an epicenter for the digital nomad or keyboard warrior. The mix with local flair and international culture will make you feel right at home.

Because of the location on Peris y Valero, this apartment will give you access to public transport that can bring you to any part of the city. Whether you are looking for a beach day or want to go to some of the many attractions Valencia has to offer

If you are looking for a nice walk in a city park, this apartment is perfect for you. It is right in the middle between two of Valencia’s green lungs: the world-famous Turia with its Ciutat de Les Arts y les Ciencies and the brand new Parque Central, an amazing new outdoor space.

The Turia park is perfect to spend days with the family. The multiple playgrounds and theme park Gulliver is great to let kids play around. There is also a running course, soccer fields, and outdoor exercise machines.

Parque Central is built in an old railroad station and houses different gardens with different plants and flowers. The smells in spring are hypnotizing. There is a lot of space for activities with kids and even small fountains to jump through.

What is the cost of living in Valencia for expats?

Valencia is one of the most affordable major cities in Spain, making it a popular choice for expats, students, and remote workers looking for a high quality of life at a reasonable cost.

Housing costs

On average, a furnished mid-term rental in Valencia through Globexs costs between €700 and €2000 per month, depending on the size, location, and duration of the stay.

Daily expenses

In addition to affordable rent, public transport in Valencia is low-cost, grocery prices are budget-friendly, and healthcare is high-quality yet inexpensive for residents.

Better value than Madrid or Barcelona

Compared to Madrid or Barcelona, your euro goes further in Valencia — without sacrificing comfort, lifestyle, or essential services. That’s why the city is increasingly popular among digital nomads and professionals relocating to Spain.

Is public transport easily accessible from the apartments?

Yes, public transportation is easily accessible from most apartments offered by Globexs in Valencia. One of the key advantages of living in Valencia is its well-developed and reliable public transport system, which includes metro lines, bus routes, and trams.

Most of our mid-term rental properties are located within walking distance of metro stations, bus stops, or tram lines. This makes it easy for tenants to commute across the city, whether for work, study, or leisure, without the need for a car.

In addition to public transport, Valencia is one of the most bike-friendly cities in Spain. The city has an extensive network of dedicated cycling lanes, and bike-sharing systems like Valenbisi make it convenient and affordable to get around on two wheels.

Popular neighborhoods such as Ruzafa, El Cabanyal, and El Carmen offer excellent mobility and connectivity. From these areas, tenants have easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, coworking spaces, cafés, and essential public services.
