It is an open space, which means that the lounge area is here as well. There is a comfortable and big couch and of course, a flat screen TV. From the living room you also have access to the balcony of this apartment.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

The apartment is located in Malilla, just a short walk from Parc Central, a modern city park with award winning landscaped gardens,  fountains, a climbing wall, streams, and abundant orchards, ideal for a pleasant stroll under the flower covered pathway with innumerable seating areas sheltered from the sunshine.

There are quite a few bars and cafes to go out for a tapas or a meal during the day in the peaceful neighborhood, - or for an evening out the apartment is just a short walk from the vibrant and bohemian Ruzafa with plenty of places to discover.

Malilla can roughly be divided into two parts. The northern part is packed with apartments and new projects. The southern area between the Hospital de La Fe and the ring road V-30 is mainly agricultural and vegetable garden area. Here you can still find so-called alquerias: old farms.
