The total surface is 45m2. There is an entrance hall with built in closets. The living area is spacious and hold an American kitchen, a seating area with access to the terrace, and a double queen bed. There is also a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toiletroom.

The decoration is modern and stylish. The best part of the studio is the terrace in the back. It provides a lot of natural light inside the apartment and a perfect getaway when the weather is nice.
