The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals. There is also a washing machine with dryer. The large dining room is perfect for hosting dinners with friends.

This furnished expat apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Benicalap/Campanar. In the next street you have a metro station, buses and Tranvia to bring you straight to the beach or to get around town. At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
