The bathroom comes with a shower, washing basin and of course, a toilet. The second bedroom has also a single bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and a desk, ideal to work from home! All double bedrooms come with a wardrobe, which always comes in handy and the single room with a dresser! The second bathroom has a bath-shower, washing basin and another toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you may need. Time to bring out your cooking skills! There is also a small table with two chairs, ideal to eat a quick meal during the day. From the kitchen you have access to a small balcony. Here you find the washing machine.

The living room comes with a comfortable couch and a flat screen TV. This is great to relax after a long day of work or on the weekends. There is also a dining table. This table can seat up to four people. This is great to host a dinner night with friends or family.

From the living room you also have direct access to the big terrace of this place. This terrace comes with an amazing chilled out area and table for dinner. There are lots of plants here, which make it a green oasis.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

Favara is a neighbourhood in the city of Valencia (Spain), belonging to the district of Patraix. It is located in the southwest of the city. The Pesset hospital is two blocks away which could be perfect for sanitary employees as well. You have everything that you need nearby. There are lots of bars, shops and supermarkets. There is also a school within walking distance, which may come in handy if you have children. There is a supermarket downstairs in the building next door, so you don´t have to go far for grocery shopping.

There is also easy access by bike. It will cost you around 10 minutes to reach the old city centre by bike.
