It is a modern and furnished house, with several rooms, numerous halls and a large outdoor area to enjoy during the sunny days (which in Malta, is almost all year round). It has several bedrooms, all of them are very spacious, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and a small glazed balcony.

The common areas are very spacious, both the dining room and the kitchen are fully equipped with everything that you may need. The bathroom also comes with a bathtub.

Coliving concept

Laundry: Laundry is available, including detergent, all free of charge!

Coworking: The core of the coliving residency is the coworking space. Almost all events happen in this space.
