DESCRIPTION LOCATION

The Dageraadplaats in the Zurenborg district is one of the cosiest squares in Antwerp. At the beginning of the twentieth century, the district was established as a ´Beau Quartier´ for the middle class and the bourgeoisie of the city.

The neo-Gothic Norbertus Church from 1904 dates from this time, among others. In 2007, the square was given a new trendy look and made car-free. The old trees were replaced by silver trees and the square looks like a small square in Provence with the new cobblestones.

The playground equipment is brand new and anyone who wants to take a break can do so on trendy benches and blocks with built-in lighting. Drinking fountains are also present in this picturesque square. Although water may not be the first choice, as the entire Dageraadplaats is lined with cafés and restaurants.

Unlike traditional real estate agencies, we maintain an exclusive portfolio of pre-vetted properties specifically suited for expatriates, international professionals, and business travelers, streamlining the rental process significantly. Our relocation specialists and housing consultants handle everything from property viewings to lease contract signing.
Can I view the apartment before confirming it?

Whenever practically possible, we are happy to make a viewing appointment for you. However, if the landlord is not available or if the current tenant of the apartment does not consent to a viewing, then it is unfortunately not possible.

But not to worry, because most apartments on our platform are verified by a Globexs staff member. We also provide detailed photo galleries and accurate descriptions for all our listings to give you a clear picture of what to expect. For many properties, we offer video tours that allow you to get a better sense of the space without visiting in person.

If you have specific questions or concerns about a property, our support team is always available to provide additional information. Our experience shows that the vast majority of our clients are satisfied with their accommodations, even without prior in-person viewings, thanks to our thorough verification process.
