The apartment is unique because it comes with a parking spot in the building which makes it perfect if you need to go to work by car or you plan to explore outside of Valencia. So, forget about the headaches of losing up to an hour to find parking. 

The floorplan provides great privacy between the two smaller bedrooms and a master bedroom which is great for families traveling with children. When you enter the apartment, you immediately encounter the two smaller bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Walking through the hallway, you enter a very spacious living room which has a large comfortable sofa and a dining room table with plenty of chairs. Your kids and you will enjoy the large TV that comes with connectivity to the most streaming channels.

Separate from the living room you have a nicely equipped kitchen with ample working space and all the necessary equipment to cook some nice family meals. No worries about the dishes because of the dishwasher that comes with the apartment. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the laundry room that comes with a large washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is in the back of the house and comes with an en suite bathroom for complete privacy. The closet offers a ton of space which makes it the perfect apartment for families that plan on staying for a longer period. All rooms come with blinds for the ultimate night’s rest or to keep the heat out of the apartment and with the central AC running through the apartment, you can enjoy each season comfortably in this apartment.

You will find yourself in the real local flair between families and their children. Ruzafa (or Russafa in Valencian language) is a vibrant neighborhood with bars, restaurants, terraces, shops, and galleries from around the world. It is easy to get from here to any area of the city by public transport. Ruzafa is mostly the first choice for foreigners who come to live in Valencia.

How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Can I rent in Spain without a NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero)?

Yes, you can rent an apartment in Spain without a NIE, especially when booking through Globexs. A NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) is required for official and long-term procedures in Spain — such as opening a bank account, signing an employment contract, or registering with the local authorities — but it is not mandatory for short- or mid-term rentals.

How much is the deposit?

The amount of the rental deposit depends on the specific apartment and its owner. In most cases, it is equal to one month’s rent, but some properties may require up to €750 or two months’ rent, especially for longer stays or premium units. The exact amount will always be clearly communicated before booking.

What is the purpose of the deposit?

The deposit covers:

  • Any potential damages to the property

  • Violations of the rental contract

  • Costs that may occur if the apartment is not returned in its original condition

If no issues are reported at check-out and all terms have been followed, the deposit is fully refundable.

When is the deposit refunded?

Globexs processes the refund by bank transfer after the tenant checks out. The refund period ranges from 5 to 30 days, depending on the release of the final utility bills. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible.

Is insurance included?

No, tenants are not insured through Globexs. We strongly recommend arranging personal travel or contents insuranceto cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, as Globexs does not provide insurance coverage for tenants.

How do I book a Globexs apartment and what documentation do I need?

Booking a furnished apartment in Valencia for expats and digital nomads with Globexs is a simple and secure process. To protect both tenant and owner, we request basic documentation before confirming any booking.

Step 1 – Get in touch with our team

Step 2 – Submit your documents

Depending on your situation (professional, freelancer, student, etc.), you’ll be asked to provide:

  • A valid passport or national ID

  • Your current residential address

  • Proof of income (employment contract, payslips, or company letter)

  • Freelancers or entrepreneurs: recent bank statements or proof of ongoing contracts

  • Students/interns: enrollment certificate and financial guarantor details (if applicable)

Once your documents are approved, you’ll receive a rental contract and proforma invoice. The booking is officially confirmed once the initial payment is received.
