The second bedroom has two single beds and a desk. You will find plenty of built-in wardrobes in both rooms, as in the rest of the flat. There is also a third extra room with a sofa bed and a desk.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasins, and, of course, a toilet. The second bathroom also has sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub shower.

The kitchen is modern and fully furnished with everything you need. Time to bring out your cooking skills! Since the kitchen is open, you have the dining table next to it. Ideal for a cozy evening with friends or family.

The living room is spacious and catches a lot of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa and also a TV. This is the ideal spot to relax after a long day or at the weekend. You can also access the terrace belonging to the apartment from the living room. The terrace comes with a set of chairs. From the master bedroom, you also have access to a second terrace. How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
