Distance to City Center: Approximately 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) north to Valencia´s city center, including the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Proximity to Train Stations: Estación del Norte: About 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) northwest, serving as the main railway station for regional and national connections.

Joaquín Sorolla Station: Approximately 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) northwest, catering to high-speed AVE train services.

Access to Valencia Airport: The Valencia Airport (VLC) is located around 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) west of the property. Traveling by car via the V-30 and A-3 highways typically takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Public transportation options include taking the metro from Xàtiva station (near Estación del Norte) to the airport, with a journey time of approximately 20 minutes.
