This studio has two bathrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. The bathroom is on the first floor also. Here you will also find the bedroom, which comes with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Time to cook! The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, and also a large cooking island. Since the kitchen is half open, you have a spacious feeling.

The living room is in the same room as the kitchen. It comes with a big white sofa and of course a TV. From the living room, you also have direct access to the balcony that comes with this studio.

Furthermore, there is a dressing room downstairs. Here you will find large built-in closets as well as a desk in case you work from home.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This expat rental is located in Ruzafa (or Russafa in the Valencian language), a vibrant neighborhood and a mere resemblance to what was an area to avoid ten years ago. Expats in Valencia love this area because of the local flavor and diversity mixed. Ruzafa is filled with bars, restaurants, terraces, boutique shops, and galleries from around the world and is very welcomed by the young traveler or residents.

Ruzafa is conveniently connected to the Gran Via which connects the city center with the beach or any other part of Valencia. Walking distance from the Nord Station (the most central station) and Joaquin Soralla which gives you access to other cities or airports in the area. Ruzafa is mostly the first choice for foreigners who come to live in Valencia.

The furnished penthouse in Valencia for ex-pats is close to the Mercat Russafa which is the smaller sibling of the Mercat Central that you can find in the city center. Mercats are open daily, except on Sundays during the morning, and is where local farmers, butchers, bakers, fisherman, etc come and sell their fresh products. How do I pay for the rental?

At Globexs, the preferred payment method is monthly bank transfer. We issue clear invoices and accept payments from both Spanish and international accounts.

In addition to bank transfers, tenants may also pay via credit card (online or at our office) or PayPal. Cash payments are accepted only in person and up to a limit of €1000.

For corporate clients, we provide professional support with company invoicing and scheduled payment processing.

Please note: Any transaction fees or commissions from PayPal, banks, or card providers must be covered by the tenant. Globexs must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

Our payment system is transparent, reliable, and internationally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and owners.

Is a deposit required to book an apartment?
Yes, a security deposit is required when booking a furnished apartment through Globexs in Spain. This deposit acts as a financial guarantee to ensure the apartment is returned in good condition and that all terms of the rental agreement are respected.

How much is the deposit?

The amount of the rental deposit depends on the specific apartment and its owner. In most cases, it is equal to one month’s rent, but some properties may require up to €750 or two months’ rent, especially for longer stays or premium units. The exact amount will always be clearly communicated before booking.

What is the purpose of the deposit?

The deposit covers:

  • Any potential damages to the property

  • Violations of the rental contract

  • Costs that may occur if the apartment is not returned in its original condition

If no issues are reported at check-out and all terms have been followed, the deposit is fully refundable.

When is the deposit refunded?

Globexs processes the refund by bank transfer after the tenant checks out. The refund period ranges from 5 to 30 days, depending on the release of the final utility bills. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible.

Is insurance included?

No, tenants are not insured through Globexs. We strongly recommend arranging personal travel or contents insuranceto cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, as Globexs does not provide insurance coverage for tenants.

Is public transport easily accessible from the apartments?

Yes, public transportation is easily accessible from most apartments offered by Globexs in Valencia. One of the key advantages of living in Valencia is its well-developed and reliable public transport system, which includes metro lines, bus routes, and trams.

Most of our mid-term rental properties are located within walking distance of metro stations, bus stops, or tram lines. This makes it easy for tenants to commute across the city, whether for work, study, or leisure, without the need for a car.
