The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you may need. Time to bring out your cooking skills! Afterward, you can eat your meals at the dining table.

The flat is ideal for families as you have access to the communal swimming pool which opens in July.

This apartment is centrally located in Vicalvaro. Vicálvaro belongs to one of the 21 districts of Madrid, located to the east of the capital about 8 km from the city center of Madrid, and administratively divided into the neighborhoods of Casco Histórico de Vicálvaro, Valdebernardo, Valderrivas, and El Cañaveral.

About the public transport: about 50 meters away there are bus stops that will take you to Goya in 20 minutes, very close to the Retiro (next to the Wizin Center), about 10 minutes away there is a metro stop and Renfe Cercanías.
