Is a deposit required to book an apartment?

How much is the deposit?

In most cases, it is equal to one month’s rent, but some properties may require up to €750 or two months’ rent, especially for longer stays or premium units. What is the purpose of the deposit?

No, tenants are not insured through Globexs. We strongly recommend arranging personal travel or contents insuranceto cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, as Globexs does not provide insurance coverage for tenants.
