DESCRIPTION

The apartment is situated in a zone called ‘Tentoonstelling Wijk’ (Exposition district) because of its location close to the exposition park ‘Middelheimpark’ and the proximity to the Antwerp Expo (exhibition center). In front of the apartment you also have a little park with a pond and a the modernistic skyscraper by Leon Stynen. Expo 3 has 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds.

The bathroom has a bubble bath and a shower. Expo 3 has a separate toilet which comes in handy! The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you may need. Next to the kitchen is a small terrace. You also have a storage room with a washing machine. The living room is lovely furnished and consists of an extending dining table, six chairs, couch, coffee table, cabinet, TV with hdmi connection. Of course there is also Wifi. The bedlinen and towels are also included.

The floor is an authentic wooden parquet .The kitchen is provided with plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots. There is a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment present. On the ground level there is an extra private storage space and a common bicycle parking.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

Expo 3 has a great location. Busses and trams are across the street and around the corner. They take you to the Central Station in 10 minutes. The neighborhood South of Antwerp is only 5 minutes by bike. To get to "De. Singel" and the art campus, you have to walk 5 minutes. In this neighborhood you have lots of parking space.

On only 5 minutes you have access to the R1 ring road which connects you in no time to the E17 (Gent), the E19 (Brussels, Breda), the E313 (Hasselt).
