The building is located on the beach of Zatautz. The location is ideal and right in the old town of Zarautz near tapas bars, breweries, pintxos, and shows. Zarautz is known for its surfing culture and you will find plenty of schools. The more experienced surfer will love this location as he can go catch some waves in the morning and/or evening.
